Corbin of Arizona State University provides the definition as “a multidimensional state of being describing the existence of positive health in an individual as exemplified by quality of life and a sense of well-being.”
The multi-dimensional aspects of Wellness include the following: social, occupational, spiritual, physical, intellectual, emotional, environmental, financial, mental, and medical. The Foundation is the majority owner of Pohaku Pacific LLC, a for-profit company with its primary emphasis on health care services as well as administrative and IT Support. The Foundation will work closely with Pohaku Pacific LLC and other collaborators who foster the Vision of Wellness for Native Hawaiians.
